Who We Are

Abrasa MPC is an organization owned and being managed by its members. This is a group of people with one goal, to prosper and raise the standard of living through collective savings and give financial assistance to the members thru lending with low interest rate in order to improve the livelihood of its members.

Membership

Abrasa MPC lives by the principle of open and voluntary membership. Anyone can join and become a member without any discrimination based on gender, social, racial, political or religious factors.

A single member may avail a loan up to 4 times (4x) or 6 times (6x) his/her share capital based on the latest appraisal value of the offered collateral and will also depend on the Credit and Background Investment of the borrower.

Abrasa MPC ventures in the buy and sell of palay and cassava. Its Grains Center caters to both members and non-members.

Production and Marketing of Eco-V

Abrasa MPC also engages in the production and marketing of Eco-V (plant supplement), which is made of pure cast of African Night Crawlers (ANC). The Coop has a designated farm site for this purpose to ensure the best quality of product.

Production and Marketing of Eco-Plus

Eco-plus is a foliar fertilizer is a by-product of Eco-V plant supplement, which can be used on all plants.

Marketing and Production of Cassava

Abrasa MPC is one of the Assemblers of San Miguel Foods, Inc. in Region 02. Hence, members and non-members who are into cassava production are rest assured that their produce will be sold at a reasonable price.

Why Choose Us

Investment through savings and deposits

Our members can choose from our varied savings products depending on their need. These savings products can also be used as collateral for a loan.

Financial assistance through credit

All regular members eligible to apply can be assisted by the Coop. Loan proceeds can be used for production, livelihood, commercial and other providential purposes, which can be of help in uplifting the economic standing of our member-borrowers.

Technical and personal development through training

The Coop continues to tap various providers/agencies that can provide technical trainings (i.e., skills and livelihood) and assistance to our members, which they can use in improving their existing livelihood/business or in kick-starting new ventures.
